Information disclosure
By virtue of the Declaration Act, the borrower solemnly and sincerely declares that the information provided to Orenda Financial Services Ltd. is correct to the best of my knowledge.
All applicants are subjected to background checks.
Refinance Disclosure
By virtue of the Declaration Act, the borrower solemnly and sincerely declares that the information provided to Orenda Financial Services Ltd. over the last two months has not changed.
Payment disclosure
All payments made to Orenda must be with a payment method that is owned by the client or the client must be authorized to use the said payment method.
The borrower agrees that the payment of the loan amount plus agreed interest will be paid back in full on the agreed date stated on their loan contract, and failure to honor this payment agreement gives the Lender the right to exercise all reasonable methods permitted by law to recuperate the outstanding sum from the borrower.
Orenda Financial Services Ltd. may take legal action against anyone who is found to intentionally provide inaccurate information.
Fraud disclosure
Clients of Orenda Financial Services are urged to use all means necessary to secure their confidential information by using strong passwords and never providing login details to anyone. Where clients suspect fraudulent activities on their account, clients should communicate such breach to Orenda and make the relevant Fraud Prevention Agencies (FPAs) aware. Orenda emphasis that our website should only be used for the intended lawful transactions.
Late Fees Disclosure
Clients of Orenda financial services Ltd are given a maximum (48) hours after the due date to make payment on their outstanding balance. Failure to make payment within 48 hours after balance is due will result in daily late fees.
Collections Disclosure
Clients of Orenda Financial Services Ltd. are given a maximum of 30 days after the due date to make payment on their loan balance. Failure to make payment within 30 days after your due date will result in recovery escalation, where your loan balance is sent over to a collection team for recovery. Clients are advised that they will be liable for all fees incurred in the collections team recovery process in addition to the outstanding balance due to Orenda financial services Ltd.
Banking Disclosure
Clients are urged to check and validate that the account information is correct and is assigned to the client. The onus will not be on Orenda if the incorrect account details are provided on the application. It will be the sole responsibility of the client to reimburse Orenda Financial Services Ltd in full amount if an erroneous transfer was made due to incorrect information provided on their application form.
